Track your order
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking code. It can take a little while before tracking shows up, which is completely normal.
Returns
Not quite what you were looking for? You have 14 days after receipt to return your order. Request a return in your customer account, or email info@steamrs.fr with your order number, reason and name. We'll then send you a return label.
Return conditions
How to return
- Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt.
- Send the product back in its original packaging, with all accessories and undamaged.
- Received a free gift with your order? Please return it too, otherwise we can't accept your return.
Tip: keep the box until you are sure you are keeping the product.
Return costs
Returns are free. We'll send you a return label so you can easily send the product back.
Laundry perfume and fragrance products
Laundry perfume is a hygiene product. We only accept returns when it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and meets the conditions, we refund the amount to the account you paid with, usually within 1-2 working days of processing.
Defect or manufacturing fault
Something wrong with your product, even after the return period? All our products come with a 2-year warranty. For a manufacturing fault we send a replacement free of charge.
Damage caused by limescale, boiling dry (switching the steamer on without water), dropping or other misuse is not covered by the warranty.
